Maintain, calibrate, configure, monitor, test, and repair instrumentation systems
Troubleshoot instrumentation or system malfunctions and document fixes
Lay out, build, test, and modify electrical/electronic units and harnesses
Wire terminations and verify sensor health: pressure transducers, thermocouples, valves, flow meters
Read schematics, wiring diagrams, specs, and drawings
Read and interpret planning documents and engineering sketches

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years in instrumentation (transducers, thermocouples, valves, flow meters, multimeters)
RTDs, strain gauges, load cells, displacement transducers
IPC 620 harness assembly
Wheatstone Bridge theory, Ohm's Law, DC electronics
Oscilloscope, multimeter, soldering, crimping, cable prep
VFDs and motor starters, troubleshooting
Data acquisition concepts and hardware (SCXI/PXI, PCIe, GPIB, USB)
