Insurance Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage insurance portfolio for renewals and compliance as required.
• Administer and place force placed insurance for non-compliant borrowers.
• Interact with force placed insurance agent, as required.
• Work with agents, borrowers, client relations and investors as needed.
• Process manual flood orders and follow up with borrowers on flood non-compliance.
• Process and manage insurance claims on loan portfolio with lender interaction.
• Work with Master Servicers and lenders as needed for claims.
• Provide support to Insurance Analysts in Hyderabad and Ambler as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) and data entry in a tracking system.
• Experience in contracts review and compliance, policy administration, or related tasks.
• Very strong communication skills and customer service focus.
