Insurance Client Manager

📋 Description

• Managing day-to-day relationships with insurance clients, delivering a high standard of service and
• Coordinating and resolving client enquiries by working closely with teams across the business
• Providing technical insight on investment products, client strategies and market developments
• Attending client meetings and calls, supporting discussions and leading operational or audit
• Developing a strong understanding of client objectives and identifying potential risks and
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver client projects, data requests and change

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within investment management, with a focus on client service and relationship management
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external clients, including senior
• Strong investment knowledge, including institutional products such as credit, private markets and
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify client needs, risks and opportunities
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
