📋 Description

• Define regulatory obligations for core product and translate to processes and tooling.
• Proactively identify compliance risks and develop mitigating actions with internal stakeholders.
• Lead complaints management framework across France, Belgium and Spain for ACPR compliance.
• Coordinate internal control and audit processes; embed audit findings into operations.
• Adapt compliance standards for new geographies and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of compliance experience in insurance or fintech.
• Solid coverage of AML/CFT, IDD, complaints handling, or regulatory reporting.
• Strong understanding of French insurance regulation and EU/local rules.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional compliance projects.
• Bilingual French/English (written and spoken).
• International exposure is a strong plus.
