📋 Description

• Manage a full caseload of insurance defense matters from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
• Attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials (remote or in person)
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues and develop case strategies
• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active in good standing with the California State Bar
• 3+ years in insurance defense or civil litigation
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Proficient in case management software and legal research tools
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
