📋 Description

• Monitor and interpret ACPR rules for Alan's products.
• Translate regulatory obligations into tools and processes.
• Support inspections, audits, and regulator reporting.
• Influence regulatory evolutions with public affairs.
• Contribute to RFPs, client negotiations, and prospect engagement.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, and Care teams on daily matters.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years in insurance and/or social protection law at a top firm or insurer.
• French fluent and English professional level.
• Exposure to commercial health and/or disability insurance matters.
• Familiarity with ACPR, distribution rules, applicable insurance law.
• Bonus: experience on international markets and drafting in English; regulator experience.
• Autonomy, pragmatism, rigor, and coachability; AI interest bonus.
