Insurance Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Contribute to regulatory, compliance, and commercial matters for Alan's products.
• Support RFP responses, contractual negotiations with clients and partners.
• Contribute to product compliance and improvement of member experience.
• Translate regulatory obligations into tools and processes; assist audits.
• Focus on France initially with opportunities to expand across markets.
• Collaborate with Corporate Unit and be mentored by senior insurance counsel.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in insurance law and/or social protection law.
• Exposure to commercial insurance topics (health and/or disability contracts).
• Familiarity with ACPR guidelines and insurance distribution rules.
• Bonus: experience on international markets and English drafting.
• Bonus: experience at a regulatory authority would be a plus.
• Languages: Fluency in French and professional English.
