📋 Description

• Regulatory watch and compliance: monitor ACPR guidelines and health/disability insurance rules.
• Translate regulatory obligations into operational tools and processes.
• Support inspections, audits, and regulatory reporting to internal bodies and regulators.
• Influence regulatory evolutions in collaboration with public affairs.
• Business support: contribute to RFPs, client/partner negotiations, and engage with prospects.
• Position Alan in business conversations with regulatory context.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in insurance law and/or social protection law (top firm or insurer).
• French (fluent) and English (professional).
• Exposure to commercial health/disability insurance matters (advising, litigation, or in-house).
• Familiarity with French regulatory frameworks (ACPR, distribution rules, applicable insurance law).
• Bonus: experience on international markets, English drafting, regulatory authority experience.
