Insurance Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee the insurance programme for Southern Europe projects (FR/IT/ES).
• Ensure risk transfer, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
• Report to the Lead Risk, Legal and Compliance.
• Develop procurement: assess, place, manage CAR/EAR and liability covers.
• Align placements with risk appetite, financing, lender obligations.
• Lead broker/insurer market engagement and negotiations across Southern Europe.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Law, Finance, or related field.
• 7-10 years' experience in construction/real estate insurance.
• Strong knowledge of EAR, Decennial Liability & Environmental covers.
• Experience managing placements, renewals, claims, and broker/insurer relationships internationally.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; balance risk, coverage, cost.
• Fluent in English and French; Italian/Spanish a strong asset; excellent stakeholders mgmt.
