📋 Description

• Own and manage international insurance programme across all territories.
• Lead annual renewals: structuring, data prep, submissions, benchmarking.
• Review contracts; set coverage standards for new initiatives.
• Manage COIs for events and partnerships.
• Build carrier relationships in the London market; liaise with underwriters.
• Produce risk reporting and analysis for senior leadership; interpret data.

🎯 Requirements

• Insurance industry experience (broking or in-house).
• Experience reviewing contracts and coverage terms.
• International market knowledge beyond the UK.
• Commercially minded; translate complex concepts for non-specialists.
• Proficient with AI tools and data analysis.
• Desirable: CII qualification; platform/gig economy experience; people mgmt.
