🎯 Requirements

• Strong insurance operating-model and domain knowledge across policy, billing, claims, distribution
• 5+ years' experience delivering Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale
• Understanding of insurance technology ecosystems, including core platforms, digital capabilities
• Proven experience delivering change management activities including communications, training
• Experience with Prosci, ADKAR, ACMP, or similar change management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
