Insurance Product Development Manager

📋 Description

• Design and launch insurance products, rules, coverages, and enhancements
• Lead pricing for new states; optimize existing state models
• Research and propose new products, rules, coverages, and enhancements
• Own end-to-end rollout from pricing analysis to launch
• Apply AI/ML to pricing, detect risks, accelerate analysis
• Collaborate with actuarial, product, and compliance teams for regulator readiness
• Build dashboards and KPIs for new products and pricing
• Translate market research into product and pricing recommendations
• Identify pricing innovations ahead of state expansion

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in insurance product development
• Experience launching insurance products, features, or rating enhancements
• State expansion experience with pricing models and regulatory readiness
• Hands-on AI/ML in pricing, underwriting, or risk workflows
• Regulatory modeling knowledge across multiple states
• Translate market research into pricing and product recommendations
• Cross-functional collaboration with actuarial, product, and compliance teams
• Homeowners insurance experience preferred but not required
