Insurance Risk Management Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead collection, compilation, and validation of underwriting data for insurance renewals across all
• Manage Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests and review vendor/contractor COIs for risk standards.
• Review insurance binders, endorsements, policy docs, and premium invoicing against program terms.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Operations for insurance inquiries.
• Coordinate day-to-day processes with external partners (brokers, insurers).

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across internal and external partners.
• Commercial insurance operations experience in corporate risk management, brokerage, or underwriting.
• Analytical and quantitative, comfortable with spreadsheets and AI tools for analysis.
• Travel Required: 5%.
