• Generate new insurance business through outbound calls, email outreach, referrals, networking
• Build, manage, and continuously develop an individual sales pipeline
• Consistently follow up with prospects and active sales opportunities
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to prospective customers

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or another relationship-based commercial role
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to proactively generate new opportunities
• Comfortable with outbound calling, prospecting, and initiating conversations with new prospects

• Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline
