📋 Description

• Connect with customers via inbound inquiries to recommend insurance solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets through consultative sales
• Communicate Kin's insurance benefits and follow up to close
• Partner with underwriters and customer service for a smooth policy process
• Simplify insurance concepts and guide customers toward best coverage

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months P&C insurance sales experience
• Active P&C license in your state
• Proven track record of closing and exceeding targets
• Clear, confident communication to build trust
• Proficient with CRM systems and telephone software
• Bonus: Licensed in California; Surplus Lines License
