📋 Description

• Analytical and attentive role to support insurance/mortgage underwriters.
• Responsibilities include data collection, reporting, and providing insights.
• Maintain process documents and coordinate with the reporting team on real-time activities.
• Serve as point-of-contact for reporting-related matters with clients or team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects including English, or a US high school diploma/GED.
• Valid government ID, TRN, and NIS card; criminal background check and drug test as needed.
• Flexible availability to work any day and any shift; onsite training/work as required
• Ability to quickly identify customer needs, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic keyboarding; able to type >30 WPM; comfortable with CRM
