📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers to drive retention and opportunities
• Provide proactive support to VIP players, ensuring needs are met promptly
• Monitor VIP activity and engagement; run VIP campaigns and promotions
• Analyze data and produce internal reports
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless processes and best-in-class VIP experience
• Ensuring data security and staying updated on iGaming regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as an Account Manager within the iGaming industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Outstanding problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Ability to work under pressure, in a team environment and multitask with changing priorities
• Strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
• Fluency in English
