Intake Audit Specialist

📋 Description

• Remote role; must work Central Time hours.
• Monitor and audit incoming and existing client data in a law firm.
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and vendors to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify data deficiencies and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Base salary $70,000-$75,000/year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
• Role will evolve with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and/or Sigma.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Multi-task and work independently or in a team.
• English fluency (read/write/speak).
