📋 Description

• Serve as the first contact for Lyra helpline users.
• Provide in-the-moment clinical support and crisis management.
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments and coordinate with emergency services.
• Conduct clinical intake interviews and triage care pathways.
• Deliver short-term counseling using CBT or solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and monitor client progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Masters in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
• RCI registration desirable.
• 0-4 years of clinical experience; fresh grads encouraged.
• Bilingual in Hindi and English.
• Experience in Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or workplace mental health.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems.
