📋 Description

• Greet customers in person and by phone
• Direct customers to appropriate services in person and by phone
• Schedule meetings
• Data entry
• Provide administrative assistance to staff as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
• Professional demeanor and customer service friendly.
• Bilingual ability to speak and read in English. Bilingual Spanish speaking highly desired
• Experience in workforce development, recruitment, or customer service is a plus.
• Must have strong computer literacy and data entry skills. Experience working with CRM systems
• Experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) is a plus.
