📋 Description

  • Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and Marketo.
  • Develop data pipelines and reverse ETL for trusted data.
  • Design scalable, observable integration architectures with data quality focus.
  • Troubleshoot data sync issues and API failures across systems.
  • Implement robust error handling, logging, and runbooks.
  • Partner on Lead-to-Cash, order management, and billing workflows.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in integration engineering or related backend systems role.
  • Hands-on experience with iPaaS (Workato) and enterprise SaaS like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth, SAML, and SCIM APIs.
  • Experience scripting in Python or JavaScript for data transformation and automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and systematic problem solving.
  • Clear communication of tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders; comfortable with ambiguity.
