Integration Engineer

📋 Description

• Bridge CXone and partner ecosystem; build code samples and PoC integrations.
• Build real integrations: APIs, authentication, real-time streaming.
• Explain complex concepts clearly to partners with varying expertise.
• Document integration patterns and guidance for partners.
• Build samples and troubleshoot partner integration challenges hands-on.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in CS or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#/.NET
• Experience building integrations with RESTful APIs (auth, error handling)
• Web tech: HTTP, WebSocket, JSON, OAuth
• Strong debugging across integration scenarios (API, authentication, networking)
