Integration Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with sales to scope complex integration projects.
• Ship production-quality code and build features to a first-class standard.
• Write code in Hatch's platform; build integrations and connectors (APIs, webhooks, event triggers).
• Own technically complex onboardings end-to-end: CRMs with no Hatch connector, multi-system orchestrations, custom logic.
• QA and test all implementations before go-live; monitor post-launch.
• Work with Product to surface recurring patterns for R&D investment.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years of software engineering, hands-on with Voice AI; consulting or client-facing a plus.
• Proficient in Python and/or Elixir; Go in scope; experience with automation tooling (e.g., n8n).
• Navigate broad technology ecosystem and docs; know when to change core vs middleware/automation.
• Great communication with business and technical audiences; resolve ambiguity before building.
• Hold high bar; ship quickly with autonomy; complete and consistent implementations.
• Experience with modern voice AI stack a plus: real-time voice agents, telephony, TTS, LLM orchestration, CRM/booking integrations.
