Integration Engineer (EMEA)

📋 Description

• Onboarding support - Collaborating with customers to understand their technical integration needs
• API and library education - Providing expert guidance on integrating with Constructor's APIs and
• Troubleshooting - Helping resolve technical challenges and integration issues alongside Customer
• Index configuration - Working with customers to ensure their product catalogs are properly
• Communication - Acting as a liaison between customers and other technical resources, responding
• Process improvement - Documenting customer interactions, common issues, and solutions, improving

• Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles
• Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
