Integration Engineer (French Speaker)

📋 Description

• Support customer onboarding by understanding technical requirements and guiding e-commerce
• Provide technical guidance on REST APIs, web services, integration best practices, and the use of
• Troubleshoot technical integration issues in collaboration with customers and Customer Success
• Assist customers with product catalog configuration, including catalog data uploads, facet
• Serve as a key communication link between customers and internal technical resources.
• Explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
