Explain Stripe's API architecture to customers and discuss product features.
Educate users and developers on Stripe value, best practices, and developments.
Be the primary ongoing technical contact for top users' and partners' teams.
Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the platform.

🎯 Requirements

2–6 years of experience in Software or Integration Engineering.
Technical leadership on a large user-facing project from start to finish.
Comfortable with code-level debugging and API architecture explanations.
User-first approach with empathy and confidence engaging customers.
Excellent communication in Spanish and English.
Experience being a team lead and mentor to junior team members.
