Integration / Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Manage priorities, deliverables, and activities of a team of engineers focused on customer success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality integrations and solutions.
• Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile practices, sprint planning, and retros.
• Oversee technical implementation activities and leadership reporting for timely delivery.
• Partner with customer success to identify and resolve technical challenges; ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and enforce best practices for software delivery, testing, and peer reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience.
• Ability to manage a cross-region remote team.
• Experience building cloud-based enterprise WFM/HR tech is desirable.
• Able to travel to customer locations; consulting experience desirable.
• Experience with integration protocols: HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, SOAP, REST, JDBC.
• Java/J2EE, SQL, MySQL experience.
