• Lead and confidently run client meetings, calls, and technical demos independently, without needing
• Act as the primary technical point of contact during pre-sales and onboarding, scoping integration
• Present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (engineers

• Diagnose issues using data dumps, technical logs, and API traces; distinguish integration errors
• Write and interpret basic scripts or API calls (e.g., via Postman, curl) to reproduce and isolate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical integration, solutions engineering, or a client-facing
• Demonstrated ability to lead client meetings and presentations independently — this is not a
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks; able to read API documentation, interpret
• Comfortable using tools like Postman (or equivalent) to test and debug API calls
• Near-native fluency in both Korean and English, written and verbal; able to confidently lead client
