Integration, Mechanical & Thermal Production Team Lead

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day mechanical assembly and integration on the production floor
• Guide team through bus structure, harness, MLI, deployables, SOLP
• Oversee mechanical and electrical integration of subsystems into a spacecraft
• Be hands-on; troubleshoot, unblock issues, maintain momentum
• Build scalable, repeatable processes for assembly, integration, and test
• Lead thermal hardware integration and environmental test campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading teams in complex hardware or system integration
• Hands-on mindset close to product and team
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical system level integration
• Knowledge of environmental test setups: vibration, shock, thermal vacuum
• Experience with deployable structures and mechanisms
• Familiarity with harness and MLI in high reliability contexts
