🎯 Requirements

Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent.
Minimum of three years of related experience.
Experience in Windows and Linux environments.
Ability to conduct technical research for troubleshooting.
Strong written and verbal communication; customer-facing.
Professional demeanor; able to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment.
