Integration Technician (Starshield) - Level 4/5

📋 Description

• Stage, set up, assemble, test and install flight hardware
• Use various mechanical tools and torque wrenches
• Hands-on operations with mechanical assemblies
• Perform work per procedures, specs, and test instructions
• Collaborate with production engineers to document activities
• Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 7+ years in structures, avionics, propulsion, or hardware install
• 5+ years in electrical or mechanical test environments
• Certificate or degree from an accredited trade school (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment (preferred)
• Detail-oriented with process discipline (preferred)
