📋 Description

• Run structured discovery with customers to understand business, ERP, and data flows
• Translate understanding into a working integration plan inside Higharc
• Own the customer relationship through the full integration adoption
• Analyze customer data to spot mismatches, gaps, or structural issues
• Document processes so they are repeatable and durable
• Test end-to-end data flow and confirm accuracy before handoff

• Strong data analytics to identify problems in datasets
• Project management instincts to keep multi-step integrations on track
• Excellent documentation habits for repeatable processes
