📋 Description

• Design and build data integration workflows across HRIS and ATS
• Manage connectors and APIs for secure, reliable system connectivity
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance
• Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams for deployments
• Establish governance, documentation, and best practices for integrations
• Enable repeatable onboarding workflows and scale integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years building integrations with iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft)
• APIs, webhooks, REST/SOAP, OAuth, API keys
• Python and SQL
• Data orchestration across multiple systems
• Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS/CRM/ERP data models
