Integrations Engineer

📋 Description

• Own customer integrations end-to-end, from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure connectors and validate data; hand off to CSM/implementation.
• Build and extend connectors for NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, and more.
• Diagnose and resolve data issues; map source systems to Drivetrain’s model.
• Write and improve customer-facing docs and internal runbooks.
• Be the technical advocate inside Drivetrain; collaborate with product/engineering/success.
• Monitor source-system changes and flag impact to customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in integration, data, solutions, or implementation engineering (SaaS preferred).
• Strong SQL skills; write multi-CTE queries and explain plans.
• Proficiency in Python (or scripting) for connectors, transforms, utilities.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and common auth patterns; SOAP/GraphQL a plus.
• Familiarity with 2–3 source systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday) and their APIs.
• Data modeling: keys, joins, Slowly Changing Dimensions, dedup, time zones, currency, COA.
• Debug across the stack: logs, APIs, connectors, ETL, destination models.
