Integrations Lead, Partnerships - AMER

📋 Description

• Own the inbound integration lifecycle from qualification to launch and maintenance
• Guide partners through NDA, sandbox access, API documentation, onboarding, testing, and launch
• Serve as technical and commercial liaison across partners and internal teams
• Translate partner needs into clear requirements and determine the right integration path
• Own integration knowledge distribution to Sales, CS, and Support
• Coordinate integration reviews, launch readiness, and marketplace publication

• Experience at the intersection of partnerships, product, technology, and customers
• Technically fluent in APIs, authentication, data flows, webhooks, and integration tradeoffs
• Strong product and business judgment
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Operationally disciplined and improvement-minded
• Deep care for customer experience and collaboration across teams
