Integrations Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define integrations and platform strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure reliability as a product outcome: uptime, data freshness, accuracy.
• Ship AI agent workflows and APIs end-to-end.
• Own customer relationships and translate learnings into product bets.
• Partner with engineering and design for simple, self-serve setup.
• Own migrations, deprecations, enablement, and renewal-focused work.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product mgmt; owned integrations or API surface.
• PM fluency with OAuth, webhooks, rate limits, data mapping.
• Proven reliability as a product outcome.
• Experience with AI products; shipped LLM/agent features.
• Systems thinking for AI-enabled GTM data flows.
• Comfort leading discovery and escalation with customers.
