Integrations Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own LOS integration strategy and roadmap, incl. two-way sync for major LOS vendors.
• Represent Blend in partner/client integration meetings; on-sites in US time zones (travel).
• Work with product partnerships on LOS vendor coordination and roadmap commitments.
• Disposition integration requests from strategic accounts, balancing commitments vs roadmap.
• Define technical requirements for new integration capabilities, including mappings and data quality.
• Collaborate with the distributed engineering team on backlog, sprint ops, and go-live.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep LOS mortgage tech experience with MISMO standards.
• LOS expert; raise organizational fluency from day one.
• 5+ years PM experience, incl. technical/integration-heavy products.
• Reads API specs, data schemas, and field mappings; comfortable in design discussions.
• Sets integration strategy with engineering; ships on external timelines.
• Writes requirements that can be built from scratch with minimal rework.
