📋 Description

• Own end-to-end CT launches across product and ops.
• Gather timelines, scope changes, and risks from product teams; inform CT.
• Manage timelines, identify risks, and escalate when needed.
• Represent CT in cross-functional trade-offs on safety and launch planning.
• Improve systems to scale: processes, tooling, and communication norms.
• Coordinate launches with multiple orgs to ensure safety and readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years PM in cross-functional with 5+ concurrent workstreams.
• Turn ambiguous work into a clear plan with owners and milestones.
• Influence without authority; align and drive outcomes.
• Manage stakeholders across levels and competing priorities; when to escalate.
• Strong written and verbal communication for updates and briefs.
• High emotional intelligence; collaborate with empathy across teams.
