🎯 Requirements

1-2 years in client management, SaaS support, or affiliate marketing.
Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Zendesk and HubSpot.
Familiar with Affiliate Networks and analytics.
