📋 Description

• Develop and advise on intellectual property strategies, including patent filings, prosecution
• Identify and evaluate patentable innovations across artificial intelligence, financial technology
• Draft, review, and manage patent applications in collaboration with product, engineering, and
• Conduct patentability assessments, freedom-to-operate analyses, and intellectual property risk
• Monitor competitor patent activity and identify potential infringement risks, opportunities, and
• Support or represent the organization in intellectual property disputes, negotiations, and legal

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience in patent law, ideally within technology, artificial
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification with specialization in intellectual property
• Admission to practice before the USPTO or another relevant patent authority.
• Strong understanding of patent prosecution, litigation, intellectual property licensing, and
• Ability to interpret and assess complex technical innovations involving software, AI, and financial
• Experience managing multiple intellectual property portfolios, patent applications, or innovation
