Intelligence Center X Engineer - Americas

📋 Description

• Lead the ideation and creation of Intelligence Center X engagements with customers
• Model business domains as enterprise ontologies from complex data landscapes
• Build agents and machine learning models that reason over enterprise data and act on it
• Deliver working agentic applications with compelling business cases for customers
• Work alongside sales teams and strategic partners
• Collaborate with customers on relevant data and problems in a forward-deployed manner

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI and ontology
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and startup pace
• Customer-facing technical communication including running working sessions
• Data engineering and analytics
• Experience with modern data and AI platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric
• Agentic AI design including LLMs, retrieval, tool use, MCP
