Intelligence Operations Integrator

📋 Description

• Provide desk-side training to analysts
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
• Embed with user groups to deeply understand workflows
• Proactively develop relationships with users at customer site and surface use case gaps
• Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions
• Remain current and up to date on latest platform features and capabilities
• Staff the Help Desk; respond to user requests and troubleshoot issues with Palantir engineers
• Provide timely and detailed feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product
• Consistently communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team

🎯 Requirements

• Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Gaia experience required
• U.S. citizenship required (contract)
• TS/SCI clearance eligibility required
• Military/Special Operations or Law Enforcement experience preferred
• Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders preferred
• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in ops
• Technical background: Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong communication; ability to explain complex concepts
• Able to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
