Intelligence Production Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end intelligence production pipeline (research to publication) for reports and docs.
• Set production schedule and release calendar across researchers/analysts.
• Run final publication quality gate: fact-check, technical accuracy, editorial review.
• Write, edit, and publish high-quality intelligence content from raw notes.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce style guides, templates, and source-handling standards.
• Mentor writers and analysts to raise writing craft and reporting standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in threat intelligence within the Five Eyes (FVEY) community.
• 7+ years of combined experience across technical writing, cybersecurity research, intelligence analysis, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of technical copy editing experience.
• Proven experience leading/managing a threat intelligence reporting/editorial/production function.
• Strong ability to craft clear, concise technical content for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with threat intel frameworks such as Cyber Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK, and Diamond Model.
