Intelligent Operations Client Delivery Lead

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end governance for large Intelligent Operations programs across multiple workstreams.
• Manage interdependencies, risks, milestones, and executive alignment across business and tech teams.
• Lead blended delivery teams of architects, developers, process owners, and change leads.
• Drive organizational change management for platform adoption, value realization, and platform hygiene.
• Translate business capability gaps into prioritized platform investments and roadmaps.
• Build and communicate executive-level business cases for Intelligent Operations initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading enterprise IT, digital transformation, or large-scale programs.
• Successful Intelligent Operations or enterprise transformation leadership in Fortune 500 contexts.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and at least three core product lines.
• Strong understanding of enterprise operating models spanning observability, service management, and automation.
• Proven change management and business transformation leadership.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting and value realization.
