Intercompany Sr Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end IC close readiness, execution, and ageing performance
• Ensure IC balances across entities are accurate, aligned, fully supported
• Drive consistency in IC accounting and reconciliation practices globally
• Drive alignment between counterparties across entities
• Ensure timely resolution of IC mismatches and disputes between entities
• Enforce accountability and ownership for break resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CA / CPA / ACCA (preferred)
• 8–12 years of experience in R2R / Intercompany / Financial Accounting
• Strong understanding of Intercompany accounting and eliminations
• Transfer pricing fundamentals
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and reconciliation tools (OneStream / BlackLine)
