Own end-to-end IC close readiness, execution, and ageing performance
Drive alignment between counterparties across entities
Govern IC reconciliations and maker-checker processes
Enforce disciplined IC dispute management framework
Ensure IC journals, adjustments, and corrections meet documentation and compliance standards
Ensure compliance with SOX / ICFR controls and IPE evidence standards

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CA / CPA / ACCA (preferred)
8-12 years of experience in R2R / Intercompany / Financial Accounting
Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and eliminations
Transfer pricing fundamentals
Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and reconciliation tools (OneStream / BlackLine)
