Interconnection Project Manager (U-S)

📋 Description

• Lead critical path planning for interconnection window submissions.
• Coordinate interconnection efforts across ISOs and internal teams.
• Build and maintain ISO/regional PM infrastructure and metrics.
• Interpret project documents and track key performance metrics.
• Act as ISO interconnection SME for strategy and planning.
• Oversee ISO/transmission processes to FERC regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant energy utility experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, policy, finance, business, environmental science, or project management preferred.
• Strong PM, reporting, and technical skills; Salesforce and Smartsheet; PMP preferred.
• Coordinate interconnection efforts across Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
