Interconnection Project Manager (U-S)

📋 Description

• Lead critical path planning for application window submissions across projects.
• Develop understanding of the utility-scale value stream map and strategy.
• Lead interconnection due diligence for new markets; implement processes.
• Create and maintain ISO/region-specific project management infrastructure.
• Read and understand project documents (diagrams, layouts, datasheets).
• Track and report key performance metrics across ISOs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant energy/electric utility experience.
• Bachelor's degree required (Engineering/Policy/Finance/Business/Environmental Science/PM).
• Strong PM, reporting, and technical skills; Salesforce/Smartsheet/MS Project; PMP preferred.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation.
