Interface Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, document, test, modify, and deploy laboratory interfaces.
• Build and maintain HL7 and JSON integrations, as well as SFTP connectivity.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to clarify system specifications, requirements, and interface
• Investigate and troubleshoot errors identified during interface development and testing.
• Provide technical support to clients and laboratory partners following deployment.
• Assist with the design, analysis, prototyping, and testing of new program features.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience building, testing, and deploying interfaces for EMR/EHR systems or
• At least 1 year of hands-on HL7 experience or an HL7 certification.
• At least 1 year of knowledge or experience in laboratory operations.
• 1–2 years of experience working with SFTP clients and connectivity.
• Experience using Zendesk, ServiceNow, or a similar ticketing and support platform.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
