📋 Description

• Strategy & OTB: Partner with Buying to build annual strategies and OTB budgets; trade OTB
• In-Season Trading: Analyze weekly performance; drive revenue; lead reorders for 100% key style
• Inventory & Intake Control: Manage intake and stock flow to hit revenue and stock turn targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other functions to drive multi-channel revenue; partner
• Markdown Management: Own end-of-season markdowns to clear stock while protecting margins.
• Process Improvement & Upskilling: Act on ad-hoc projects to optimise product lifecycle and

🎯 Requirements

• Merchandiser or Junior Merchandiser experience in luxury/premium multi-brand fashion retail.
• WSSI Management: forecast sales, stock, markdown impact, margin.
• Advanced Excel: complex formulas, pivot tables, data modelling.
• Highly driven & autonomous; take ownership.
• Commercial & Analytical mindset with strong business judgement.
• Action-Oriented and proactive in fast-paced environments.
